November 2, 2010: Platform Enhancements - Turnaround Times and Quick Quotes

We are pleased to announce two enhancements designed to put the search information you need at your fingertips:

1) By using the new Quick Quote screen you can get a property specific quote within seconds.

2) Turnaround times are now available simply by clicking on the Information icon next to the product name.

We have a lot of queries relating to how long various searches are likely to take, so wanted to make the information freely available. It is shown in the following format:

   Official: Lancaster City Council
   Fastest = 0d 9h 50m
   Average = 1d 4h 29m
   90% returned within = 2d 0h 24m

Over the last 2 weeks the best performing Local Authority was Manchester City Council with a fastest turnaround of less than 5 hours.
