Air Pressure Tests
Pressure testing forms part of the compliance process for New Build Properties, the rating the property gains goes into the SAP calculations and can have a significant effect. With the ever increasing standards of efficiency needed to gain compliance in most cases it is much more cost effective to have tests done then to improve the build specification.
Our partner Estate Energy Solutions can carry out pressure tests anywhere in England and will put a schedule together at no extra cost. Once the schedule is in place our fully accredited assessors will attend the site when needed to test the air leakage of the property.
